£60 Monday to Friday, day 0900 to 1700
£60 Monday to Thursday, evening 1800 to 2000
Child/young person session under 18 years of age (50 minutes)
£65 Monday to Friday
Child/young person session under 18 years of age (50 minutes)
£75 Saturday morning 0900 to 1130
Assessment appointment with parent/carer (up to 1 hour) £65
Review meeting with parent/carer (30 minutes) £35
Incremental increase up to 1 hour £65
£90 Parent/Caregiver and child session (70 minutes)
Reduced fee available for counselling trainees, please contact me to discuss.
Please note that sessions paid for via a Health Insurance Company will incur an additional fee of £5 per session due to additional administration costs.
Additional fees:
A fee may be be charged for ad hoc, additional administration, incurred. This will be based on my client hourly rate. This may include, but is not exclusive to, requests for supportive documentation, email correspondence, a copy of client notes and any associated postal costs.
Cancellation:
Full fee is due if cancelled within 48 hours of the session time.
If I need to postpone a session I will endeavour to accommodate you at another time in the same week.
I will give you four weeks notice of any holiday to be taken and ask that you do the same.
If more than two consecutive sessions are missed a retention payment of half the session fee will be owed for all subsequent missed appointment times.
Payment:
Payment is by cash or BACS transfer, due on the day of the session.
Health insurance payment protocol will be agreed on an individual basis.
